Greers Ferry Lake

Fairfield Bay is situated on the north shore of Greers Ferry Lake, an outdoors paradise with a combined shoreline of 340 miles and maximum depth of 486 feet with a surface area of 40,500 acres. This pristine lake offers boating & watersports, world record fishing, and a unique island mountain to explore.

Sugarloaf Mountain

The Sugar Loaf Mountain Trail was the first designated National Scenic Trail in America and is 1.6 miles round trip – approximately 2 hours hiking time. Sugar Loaf Mountain Nature Trail is a foot trail built by employees of the Greers Ferry Project Office of the Corps of Engineers’ Little Rock District. Since Sugar Loaf Mountain is an island located on the western end of the upper lake, the trail can only be reached by boat. The Fairfield Bay Marina offers shuttle service to Sugarloaf Mountain.
