Thank you for visiting our website. We love the trees, the wildlife, the lake, the great golf courses, and most of all the people of Fairfield Bay. I like to tell people, if you are in a hurry, Fairfield Bay is not for you. Slow down, relax, and enjoy this beautiful city. Our community was established shortly after Greers Ferry Lake was formed in the mid 1960’s. One great benefit to moving to Fairfield Bay is that most everyone else has moved here from somewhere and recently went through a move and the challenge of establishing a new home and friends. It is easy to ‘join’ Fairfield Bay. We are dedicated to fun and fulfillment. We would love for you to ‘join’ us either for a visit or a lifetime.
City Council
The City council business meeting is held the second Monday of each month at 7:00 PM at 130 Village Place, Suite 2F in the conference room. The City council work session is held the last Monday of each month at 2:00PM at 130 Village Place, Suite 2F in the conference room.
