The paving of the upper portion of the Rambling Cove trail is completed. This is a really nice quarter mile loop. Great job by public utilities selecting the path and getting it ready for the paver. There will be a ribbon cutting with the state officials sometime in the next couple of weeks. The Mayor walked the trail this morning and said it was very nice!
