¡It’s Time for Fiesta Fest!
Spice things up at Fiesta Fest, Fairfield Bay’s newest celebration of flavor, fun, and fiery moves! With music in the air, tasty competitions, and a whole lot of dancing, this day is all about making memories and living the life.
Music & Dancing All Day
Feel the rhythm with live performances from a traditional mariachi band and dancers, followed by an afternoon of salsa dancing that will get your feet moving and your heart pumping. All are invited to join, whether you’re a seasoned dancer or just love the beat.
Ready to show off your moves? Sign up for our Salsa Dancing Class at the event! There’s a $3 fee to join, and all proceeds will go to the animal shelter.

Whip up your best homemade salsa and enter to win bragging rights (and maybe a few prizes)! Bring your best mild, smoky, or flaming hot salsa—we want to taste what you’ve got. - Taco Eating Contest
Think you can out-eat the competition? Test your taco tenacity in this fan-favorite showdown.
All sign-ups for contests will be available on-site.
Bust a Piñata – Just $1 for 2 Swings!
Bring the kids to make piñatas and break them! Take a swing (or two!) for only $1 and see if you can crack the candy-filled piñata. There are three age groups available for entry: 5-7, 8-10, and 11-13. It’s going to be pure fun and guaranteed smiles.
