8-10 AM – Vendor Check In
11 AM – Mayor Welcome & Authentic German Beer Garten and Food inside the Conference Center
1 PM – Grape Stomp & Beer Drinking Competitions begin in Towne Center
1-3PM – Band playing outside in Towne Center
4:30 PM – Doggie Dayfest & Doggie Calendar
6 PM – Live German music, dance music, and competitions inside the Conference Center

10 AM – Baggo / Cornhole Tournament outside in Towne Center
1:30 PM – Car Show Awards inside the Conference Center
3 PM – Entertainer Michael Kelly, Beer Garten, and Dessert Bar fundraiser inside the Conference Center

Important Info for Car Participants
Car Space Requirements
All items, including signage, must completely fit into your designated parking area unless other permission has been granted by management.
Fairfield Bay Resort reserves the right to limit or restrict certain items.
All items that are for personal use should be kept out of the sight of customers.
Car Space Clean-Up
Car space clean-up is the sole responsibility of the participant. Each participant must properly dispose of their trash in the dumpsters. Trash barrels are located throughout the area for visiting patrons and participants. Fairfield Bay Resort clean-up crews are not responsible for disposing of participants’ trash.
Parking & Registration
All entries must be registered before 10:00 AM on October 4. Likewise, all vehicles must be in their designated spaces and are not to be moved from 9:00 AM until trophies and awards are given that afternoon. Judging takes place at 10:00 AM, and trophies and awards are given at 1:30 PM. After the trophies and awards are given, participants may leave or stay and enjoy the festival.
Security
Neither Fairfield Bay Resort nor its affiliates are responsible for accidents, thefts, or damage.
Trash
Please dispose of your own trash in the dumpster located on the premises.
Vendor Market & Crafts
Shop local and handmade treasures from collectible and craft vendors set up throughout the event. Perfect for early holiday shopping or finding something special for yourself.
